These terms are the agreement between you and Nexa X ("we", "us") for the website and dashboard at this website and everything on them (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must be allowed to use the Service and, if you connect one, a Kalshi account where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other people at risk.
Some features need a paid plan. Prices, what each plan includes and how often you are billed are shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time so that it does not renew. Unless the law requires otherwise or we say so at checkout, charges already made are not refunded. We may change prices or plans, and will give notice before a change affects you.
We are not Kalshi and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kalshi. Your relationship with Kalshi is governed by Kalshi's own terms, fees and rules, and you are responsible for complying with them. You are responsible for the keys you create, the permissions you give them and for revoking them. Never give a key more permission than you need, and never share it with anyone else.
You agree not to: share your account or the live data with people who have not paid for it; copy, scrape, resell or republish the Service or its data; try to get around plan limits or security; interfere with or overload the Service; reverse engineer it; use it to break the law or anyone's rights; or use someone else's account or keys without permission.
The Service, its software, designs and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. You keep ownership of your own information.
We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free. Data feeds can be delayed or fail, and we may change, pause or remove features, including automated tools, at any time, for example for safety or maintenance.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or results.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, trading losses or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that are meant to continue after that (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) will do so.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
